Aqua Plus by PepsiCo turns personalized hydration and sustainable wellness into a journey where the sun rises with every drink
PepsiCo sought to expand its hydration offerings while addressing consumer demand for sustainability and wellness. Building on the foundation of the Aquafina brand, I led the creation of Aqua+, a sub-brand that combines personalized hydration tracking with a direct-to-consumer ecosystem. The new platform promotes hydration wellness while reducing reliance on single-use plastic bottles. Collaborating with business consultants, I helped develop the business case for Aqua+ as a new revenue stream. I crafted a brand system, defined product motion behaviors, and designed touchpoints that positioned PepsiCo as a leader in sustainable, personalized hydration.
